FAQ
Q1: What do I need to get started?
To get started, you'll need: Your WordPress website login details (Admin credentials). Login access to your web hosting (cPanel/FTP) if needed for technical setup. A clear idea of your goals, target audience, and any reference websites you like. All your website content is ready (text, images, logo)
Q2: Do you work on existing websites or only create new ones?
I specialize in both! Whether you need a brand-new website designed from scratch or a complete redesign of your outdated website, I can handle it. I work with existing themes and plugins to transform your site.
Q3: Will the website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely! 100% yes. Using Elementor Pro, I build fully responsive websites that look perfect and function flawlessly on all devices - desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. This is a standard part of my service.
Q4: Do you provide the Elementor Pro license?
For development, I use my own Elementor Pro license. After the project is completed, for ongoing use and updates, you will need to purchase your own Elementor Pro license. It's an annual subscription from the Elementor website. I can help guide you through the process.
Q5: How long does it take to complete a website?
The timeline depends on the project's scope and complexity. A typical 5-7 page website takes 3-7 days. More complex projects with e-commerce or custom functionality may take 1-2 weeks. I will provide a specific timeline after we discuss your project details.
Q6: How many revisions do you allow?
My packages include a reasonable number of revisions (usually 2-3) to ensure you are completely happy with the design. This allows us to fine-tune the details without causing scope creep. Major changes in functionality after work has begun may incur an additional fee.
Q7: Can you work from a design mockup (Figma, PSD, etc.)?
Absolutely! I can perfectly convert your design mockups from Figma, Adobe XD, PSD, or even a simple sketch into a fully functional WordPress website using Elementor Pro.
Q8: What happens after the project is completed? Do you offer support?
Yes, I offer a [e.g., 7-day] free support period after delivery to fix any bugs or issues related to my work. For ongoing maintenance, website updates, and support, I offer separate support packages that you can purchase.
