Before I ever hit record, we talk. I'll send you the script and concept so we're on the same page before filming starts. Once you give the green light, I shoot to the plan and if I miss the mark on something we agreed on or if you just want a quick change, the revision is on me, no charge.

That said any major changes to the concept or script after filming is already done fall outside the free revision. Once your video is delivered, any re-shoots or changes (that aren't my mistake) come at an extra charge. please make sure every everything looks good before giving the green light!

other then my basic videos they all come with 12 months of full usage rights.

For all videos, you're welcome to provide the script but I'm also happy to write it for you or with you! Most clients send me a basic script and give me creative freedom to make it feel natural and engaging in my own words. Or just send me your key value points and I'll take it from there!
