FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your love story in a short form (450-900 words) and a short description of each character: age, hair, clothes and anything special. The Basic and Standard packages include up to 5 characters, Premium up to 8.
Will you add details that did not happen?
No. The script uses only what you tell me. If something is missing, I leave it out instead of making it up. Sensitive details are only included if you write them yourself.
How does the approval process work?
After you send your story, I deliver a 50-line script and the character designs for your approval. Once you approve, I produce the video. Please check names, places and details carefully before approving.
Can I use my own voice for the narration?
Yes, with the Standard or Premium package. Send a clean voice sample with no background noise, and confirm the voice owner agrees to it. With the Basic package, a standard narrator voice is used.
What if my story is short or has no hard times?
That is fine. I keep the story warm and focus on your happiest moments. A story of at least 450 words works best, and you can skip the challenges section.
How many revisions do I get?
1 revision for up to 5 scenes (images). Changes to the script, characters or voice should be requested before you approve, because they are locked after approval.
Is this for weddings too, not only anniversaries?
Yes. Tell me the occasion when you order. Wedding videos end with a warm blessing for the newlyweds. Anniversary videos continue through married life and end with a toast to the years ahead.
Can I get my video faster?
Yes. Standard delivery is 7 days. Add the Fast Delivery extra and your video is delivered in 3 days.
