About this gig

Missed calls are missed revenue. I build done-for-you AI voice agents and receptionists on Vapi, Retell and Synthflow that answer every call 24/7, greet callers in your brand voice, qualify leads, book appointments, and log everything to your CRM or Google Sheet in real time, with automated SMS and email follow-up.

What you get:

  • A custom AI voice agent built around your business and services
  • - A US phone number, ready to take calls
  • - Lead qualification and appointment booking
  • - Real-time logging to Google Sheets or CRM
  • - All workflows wired up with n8n, hands-free

Perfect for home services, clinics, real estate, law firms, salons and agencies that lose money to missed or after-hours calls.

I'm an AI engineer with 100% Job Success on Upwork. Tell me your use case and I'll reply within a few hours with a clear plan and timeline. Let's make sure you never miss a call again.
