I'm a people operations professional at a SaaS company, where I'm the sole HR and operations generalist. I run the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, HR policy design, and employment documentation. I'm based in Ontario and familiar with Ontario employment standards as well as most other provinces in Canada.

What I can deliver: Employee handbook and core HR policies (time off, remote work, conduct, expenses) New hire onboarding checklist and 30/60/90-day plan Offer letter and employment document templates HR process documentation for your team. Everything is written in plain, practical language for small teams of 5 to 50.
