I will set up your s3 Bucket with Cloudfront (CDN) and connect it with WordPress. It will include a custom CDN URL like "cdn.domain.com" "images.domain.com" "media.domain.com".

Your s3 bucket will only be accessible from WordPress and all the media files will be pulled from the s3 bucket and served with CDN.
