What is the expected time frame for receiving the screenshots?
The timeline varies based on the complexity of the order and the number of revisions, ranging from less than 24 hours to 2–3 days. For more convenience, I also offer a 24-hour delivery service.
What information should I provide when requesting an app screenshot?
To ensure a smoother workflow, please provide the titles or captions for each screenshot, along with screen captures tailored to the specific device dimensions (one for mobile and one for iPad/tablet). You can either take simple screenshots from a mobile device or send me your app design source file
What file format will be used for delivering the final screenshots?
I deliver the final JPG/PNG images. For more convenience, I also offer Figma source file service.
How many mobile sizes for both stores?
Currently, only one size needs to be uploaded to the App Store for 6.9 inches, but if you need more, you can purchase three sizes for mobile devices for an additional fee: 1 — 6.9 inches, 2 — 6.5 inches, 3 — 5.5 inches. For the Play Store, only one mobile device size is required: 1 — Android Mobile.
