What you will receive:

Workflow:
- You provide plans/dimensions, references and design information. If needed, I prepare a mood board with proposed camera angles and the overall visual direction.
- I create the 3D scene and send you an initial preview showing the general atmosphere, colors, camera angles and lighting mood.
- You provide your feedback and requested adjustments.
- I send you the updated low-resolution renderings for final approval.
- Once approved, I produce the final high-resolution renderings with professional post-production.
Two revision rounds are included. Please provide all requested changes together within each revision round.
Major changes to the approved design, layout or project scope may require an additional fee.
Please contact me before ordering if your project is large or requires a custom scope.

What do you need to start?
Please provide floor plans, dimensions and/or elevations, reference images (if available), material and furniture references, and any specific design requirements.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to materials, colors, furniture or details within the agreed design. Major layout or design changes are not included.
Can you create the design if I only have a floor plan?
Absolutely. If you need a complete interior design — including space planning, furniture and material selection — please check my Interior Design Gig or contact me for a custom offer.
When will I receive the final high-resolution images?
Final high-resolution images with post-production are delivered after the low-resolution previews are approved.
