Should I expect my order to be send faster than the original turn around time?
I usually have orders in queue and I take them one by one.
What should I send you for this order?
You have to send me the content into a document format like Word or PDF and some images (in case you don't have some, I will try to find 1-2 images). Besides this I will need the size (with bleed) - better would be the template from the printer (in case you want to print the design).

No, you have to send me the content into a document format, like Word or PDF.
May I ask you for further changes after the order has been completed?
Depends: if you had a problem and you weren't able to request revisions on time, yes. Regularly you should send me the changes as long as the order is active (not yet completed).
Why my order has been completed if I didn't want to?
The order is completed automatically after 3 days. Please respond in the order page within this time frame for further changes.
Any of your packages has the double sided option included?
No, in case you need a double sided design please check my extras list. You'll be able to check this, right next after you'll choose the package. The price for the back side is $5.
Can you send me a custom offer with a shorter turn around time than your regular ones?
Sure, please tell me how many sides does have your design, which file type do you need (JPG/PDF for print/PSD editable file) and how fast do you need the work to be done?
