What information do I need to provide to get started?
To create the best design, I’ll need your business name, tagline (if any), a brief description of your audience, and any color preferences or styles you like. If you have examples of logos you admire, feel free to share them.
Why do you suggest messaging you before I place an order?
Every brand has unique needs. Messaging me first allows us to discuss your vision and goals in detail. This ensures I can recommend the perfect package for you or create a custom solution if you need something specific, like full branding identity.
What is the difference between a Vector and a Source file?
A Vector file (AI/EPS) allows you to scale your logo to any size, from a business card to a billboard, without losing quality. A Source file is the master Adobe Illustrator file that gives you or a future designer total control over every element of the design.
What counts as a Revision?
A revision is a set of small adjustments to a concept I’ve already presented, such as changing a font, tweaking a color, or shifting the placement of an icon.
What if I want a completely new logo concept after you've delivered the initial options?
The packages include a specific number of initial concepts based on your brief. If you decide you want to explore a completely new creative direction that wasn't part of the original project scope, you can purchase an "Additional Logo Concept" as a Gig Extra.
Can I upgrade my package or add services later?
Absolutely. You can add extras like Stationery (business cards/letterheads) or Social Media Kits at any time during the project through a custom offer. If you realize you need the master files after purchasing the Starter pack, you can easily upgrade to include them.
