About this gig
Need a custom house layout designed around your space, lifestyle, and project requirements?
I will develop an architectural concept and floor plan from your site information, dimensions, room requirements, references, and design preferences.
This Gig is for new architectural design and space planning, not simply redrawing an existing plan.
Services can include:
- Custom house floor plan design
- Space planning and room organization
- Renovation layout concepts
- Architectural elevations and sections
- 3D concept modeling
- Selected render views depending on the package
Before ordering, please provide your site or available dimensions, number of floors, required rooms/spaces, preferred architectural style, and any reference images or existing drawings.
Large houses, multi-story projects, renovations with complex existing conditions, or additional design alternatives may require a custom offer.
Structural engineering, stamped drawings, and guaranteed permit approval are not included.
Service verification and delivery style preference

FAQ
What information do you need to start?
Please provide site/building dimensions, room requirements, number of floors, preferred style, reference images, and any existing drawings or constraints.
Can you redesign an existing house?
Yes. Please provide the existing plans, photos, dimensions, and clearly describe what you want to change.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable adjustment to the agreed design direction. A completely different layout, additional design alternative, new floor, or major change in requirements is additional scope.
Are the drawings ready for permit or construction approval?
The deliverables depend on the agreed scope. This Gig does not include stamped drawings, structural certification, or guaranteed approval by local authorities.
Can you design a larger or multi-story house?
Yes. Please send the project information first so the scope, price, and delivery time can be reviewed.
Can you provide a complete set of architectural documents?
Yes, I can provide detailed architectural documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings, as per your request.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the final design?
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. We can discuss any concerns you may have, and I'll make the necessary adjustments to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Is this Gig for new design or redrawing an existing plan?
This Gig is for developing a new architectural layout or design concept. If you only need an existing PDF/sketch redrawn in AutoCAD, my dedicated drafting service is more appropriate.
