Will updates break my site?
Very rarely — and I always back up before touching anything and test updates carefully. If something does go wrong, I roll the site back immediately and fix the conflict. That’s exactly why I’m here instead of you clicking update yourself.
Do you need admin access to my site?
Yes — a WordPress admin login (I’ll guide you, takes two minutes). For off-site backups, hosting access helps too. Everything is done over secure connections and your credentials are never shared.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
On Standard and Premium I clean it up fully: malware removal, patching the cause, restoring from a clean backup if needed, then hardening the site. On Basic, cleanup is a separate service.
Can I cancel the monthly plan anytime?
Yes — it’s month-to-month with no lock-in and no cancellation fees. Just tell me before the next billing date. Simple as that.
What's NOT included?
Redesigns, new features, custom development, SEO and content writing are separate projects. Small content tweaks up to 2 hrs/month are covered on Premium only. Unsure? Just ask me first.
