I will beta read your kidlit book

Welcome to a place where imagination meets hope and every story invites light! As an educator of nearly ten years, I possess invaluable experience of what kinds of stories capture the minds of children and teens! As a children's writer myself, I've been studying the art and craft of children's storytelling for over a decade, along with earning a certificate in creative writing through UC San Diego. With previous experience as a School Psychologist and a Co-Director in a faith-based children's writing contest, I'm able to combine my unique expertise into reading & critiquing many kinds of children's literature.

I prefer to read children's stories that are gentle and wholesome. I'm not the right beta reader for dark or morally grey stories. I'm open to children's books of all ages:

Board Books

Picture Books

Early Readers

Chapter Books

Middle Grade

Young Adult (I do not read YA books with spice)

I'm open to reading fiction & nonfiction children's books in most genres. Please contact me first before booking a gig to see if I'm the right match to beta read your book. Thank you for your consideration!
