FAQ
What does your proofreading service include?
My proofreading service covers technical aspects such as grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting consistency, and checking in-text citations
Does your service include formatting my bibliography/reference list?
No, the standard proofreading package only covers in-text citations. Formatting of the bibliography or reference list is available as an add-on service, with pricing based on the number of references. Please refer to the gig description for the current rates.
What is your approach to figures, tables, equations, and other technical elements in my dissertation?
I will check basic formatting consistency and captions for figures, tables, and equations. However, I do not edit the technical content, data, or mathematical equations, as these should be verified by a subject matter expert.
What is not included in your service?
I do not rewrite content, add new ideas, verify the accuracy of research, check references, or make structural changes. This ensures academic integrity is maintained throughout the process.
Do you suggest rewriting parts of the document?
Yes! If a section of your manuscript can benefit from a rewrite to enhance flow, readability, or tone, I’ll provide suggestions and ensure the changes align with your writing style and intent.
