From 13 Dec 2024, the EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requires ecommerce brands selling non-food products to appoint an EU Responsible Person. The EU RP acts as your official contact within the EU, provides a registered address, and helps ensure your products meet safety requirements.
Do I really need an EU Responsible Person to sell on Amazon/Etsy/Shopify?
Yes. Marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy require sellers to list an EU Responsible Person for product safety compliance. Without this, your listings may be removed or blocked.
What exactly do you provide with this service?

Is this service valid for multiple products or just one?
It depends on the package: Basic covers 1 product Standard covers up to 10 products Premium covers 10+ products with priority support
How long is this service valid for?
Each package covers one year of EU Responsible Person service under GPSR. Fiverr does not offer automatic renewals. You will need to place a new order each year to extend the service. I will send you a reminder before your term ends.
Are you an EU-based representative?
Yes. I am based in France and operate ecommerce brands in both the EU and UK. This gives you a genuine EU presence, not just a mailbox service.
What if my products are already compliant?
That’s great — I will act as your EU Responsible Person and provide the required address and documentation. If needed, I can also review your compliance setup to ensure you’re fully covered.
