What file do I send you?
Send a Microsoft Word (.docx) file for best results. I can also work with Google Docs, RTF, or plain text files. Send images as separate high-res files (300 DPI minimum). I handle all conversions and will tell you exactly what I need when you message me before ordering.
Will the formatted file pass KDP's review?
Yes. I check every file using Kindle Previewer (for eBooks) and KDP's cover and interior review tools before delivery. If rejection ever occurs due to a formatting error I made, I fix it at no charge. No time limit. This guarantee applies to IngramSpark as well.
Can you format Arabic language books?
Yes — Arabic RTL book formatting is a specialty service I offer. Most formatters cannot handle right-to-left Arabic text correctly. I am a native Arabic speaker, which means I check that text, punctuation, and RTL layout are correct for your Arabic readers.
Do you format children's books with images?
Yes. Children's books with inline illustrations are formatted under Standard or Premium depending on the page count and layout complexity. I position images correctly, maintain consistent spacing, and ensure all files meet KDP's technical requirements for illustrated books.
How long does formatting take?
eBook-only formatting takes 2-3 days. A full print plus eBook package takes 4-5 days. Rush delivery is available. Word count and whether images are included affect timing. Message me with your word count and I'll give you an exact turnaround time before you order.
