I'm not sure my process can be automated. Can you tell me before I order?
Yes. Message me a description of the workflow and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating, roughly what it would cost, and the realistic time saving. If it isn't worth it, I'll say so.
What do you need from me to get started?
The current process described step by step, access to the tools involved or a sandbox account, any documents or data the AI needs to know, and one point of contact for questions. That's enough for me to produce the build plan.
Will the chatbot make things up?
Not if it's built properly. Responses are grounded in your actual documents and data, with guardrails and fallbacks so it says I don't know instead of inventing an answer. Every conversation is logged so you can see exactly what it told your customers.
Can I manage and update it myself after delivery?
Yes. You get the source code, full credentials, and a walkthrough covering how to update content, add documents and adjust settings. No lock-in and no dependency on me.
What is your revision policy?
Revisions cover the scope agreed in the build plan, and the number depends on the package. Anything that expands scope gets quoted separately before work starts, so you are never surprised by a bill.
