I'm Ali, Head of AI at a software company. I build your system myself, with a senior team behind me for larger builds: custom AI chatbots trained on your company documents, AI voice agent receptionists that answer calls and book appointments, AI agents that automate business workflows, and AI SaaS platforms. Recent results: a knowledge chatbot that cut escalations by 70%, a voice patient-intake agent with 30% fewer abandoned calls and 22% more bookings, and a multi-agent system with 97% task accuracy across 200+ daily operations. You own the source code and get a handover walkthrough.

FAQ
What is the difference between your AI chatbot and a regular chatbot?
Regular chatbots follow fixed scripts and break when users ask unexpected questions. My AI chatbots use GPT-4 and RAG technology — trained on your actual data so they answer questions specific to your business, products, and documents. No scripts. No dead ends. Real answers from your real data.
Do you use no-code tools like Botpress, Voiceflow, or ManyChat?
Never. I write custom Python code using LangChain, FastAPI, and proper vector database architecture. No-code tools have vendor lock-in, break at scale, and cannot be customized for real business needs. You get clean production-grade code that you fully own — forever.
I am not technical. Can I manage the AI chatbot after delivery?
Yes. Every delivery includes a simple admin panel to update your knowledge base, upload new documents, and view conversation logs — no coding required. I also do a full handover walkthrough so you understand exactly what was built and how to use it.
Can you integrate the AI chatbot with our existing tools and platforms?
Yes. I regularly integrate AI systems with HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Slack, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, and custom internal tools. If you are unsure whether your platform is supported — message me before ordering and I will confirm within a few hours.
What information do I need before we start?
Just three things. First, what the AI chatbot or agent should do. Second, what data or documents it will be trained on. Third, where it needs to be deployed. No technical knowledge needed — describe it in plain English and I will handle the rest. Message me and we can start same day.
