About this gig
Monthly WordPress website maintenance is three things: updates that do not break your site, a backup you can actually restore, and real support when something goes wrong.
Every update is tested on a copy of your site first. If a plugin update breaks something, it never reaches your live site. Backups are checked, not just scheduled, because a backup nobody has restored is not a backup.
Each plan includes real fixing time, not only monitoring: 30 minutes on CARE, one hour on BUSINESS, two hours on STUDIO. A broken form, a layout that shifted, an image that will not upload, a checkout that stopped sending emails. Beyond the included time I charge 45 dollars an hour, and I always tell you before, never after.
BUSINESS adds a daily check and a real test payment on your checkout. STUDIO is for sites running a custom plugin and includes fixes and small changes to that plugin.
At the end of every month you get a plain-English maintenance report: what was updated, what was backed up, what was fixed, and what I recommend next.

What happens if my site goes down?
You message me. STUDIO gets a reply the same day, BUSINESS within 24 hours, CARE within 48 working hours. Getting the site back up is covered by the fixing time included in your plan.
Do you cover several sites?
One plan is one site. Add the Additional website extra, or message me if you have four or five sites and we will set it up properly.
What is not included?
Redesigns, new features, new pages and full SEO campaigns are separate quotes. The plan keeps what exists working.
What if I use more than the included time?
I stop and tell you, with an estimate. You decide. I never bill extra hours without your go-ahead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any renewal. No notice period, no penalty.
