FAQ
What experience do you have with ManyChat and automation?
I have over five years of digital marketing and automation experience and have built hundreds of chatbot and workflow systems for lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
Can you build a chatbot for my specific industry?
Yes. I customize every project around your business model, sales process, customer journey, and support requirements rather than using generic templates.
What do you need from me to get started?
I typically need your business goals, common customer questions, desired workflow, ManyChat access, and any integrations you want connected.
How long does the setup process take?
Most projects are completed within a few days depending on complexity, integrations, and how quickly requirements are provided.
Can the chatbot qualify leads automatically?
Yes. I can build flows that collect information, segment prospects, score leads, and direct conversations to the right destination.
Can AI answer customer questions automatically?
Yes. AI can handle common inquiries, provide information, and assist visitors while following the rules and knowledge you provide.
What is not included in this gig?
Third party subscription costs, custom coded applications, advanced API development, and ongoing management are not included unless discussed separately.
What if I need revisions after delivery?
Each package includes revisions so we can fine tune flows, messaging, and automation logic to better match your business needs.
Why is your service priced higher than some alternatives?
I focus on building practical systems that support business goals, reduce manual work, and create measurable value instead of delivering generic templates.
Will I own the chatbot and workflows after delivery?
Yes. Once the project is completed and delivered, the assets created for your account remain under your control and ownership.
