ActiveCampaign looks the same whether your automations are running perfectly or completely broken. That's the problem.
Most setups I see have the same issues: automations triggering at the wrong time, sequences stopping halfway, contacts stuck in the wrong stage, tags that never fire. Everything looks active. Leads are still falling through.
I'm a marketing operator, not just a technician. I look at your setup the way a marketer would: is this actually doing anything useful for your business?
What I look at:
- Automation logic (triggers, conditions, wait steps, branch rules)
- Contact flow (are the right people getting the right sequence?)
- Tagging and segmentation (clean lists or a disaster?)
- Deliverability basics (anything quietly hurting your open rates?)
- List health (duplicates, unsubscribes, inactive contacts)

Do I need to give you access to my ActiveCampaign account?
Yes. The easiest way is to add me as a user directly in your AC account (I'll walk you through it, takes 2 minutes). If you'd rather not do that, we can do a screenshare instead. Either works.
What if I don't know what's wrong? Can you still help?
That's exactly who this is for. You don't need to know what's broken. Finding that out is the whole point.
How many automations does the Basic audit cover?
Up to 10. If you have more, message me before ordering and we'll figure out the right scope.
Do you write the email copy inside the automations?
Not in this gig. If you need the actual emails written, I have a separate gig for that.
What do I get when you're done?
A written summary of every issue I found, what I fixed (depending on your package), and what to watch going forward. You'll know exactly what was in your account and what changed.
