What software do you use, and will I receive the editable source files?
I utilize industry-standard Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D for all design and drafting. Editable .DWG source files are included in the Standard and Premium packages (or available as a Gig Extra) alongside high-resolution plotting PDFs.
What if I only have a PDF survey or a rough hand sketch of my land?
While an editable .DWG CAD survey is best for engineering accuracy, I can digitize and georeference high-resolution PDF surveys or conceptual plans into CAD for an additional fee. Please message me first so I can inspect the quality of your documents.
