How are live sessions conducted?
Sessions are over the phone, through text, or on Zoom. I use a Google number for privacy, and you are welcome to do the same.
What if I need someone to hold my hand the entire way?
That's completely alright! Please message me directly so we can get a feel for your specific needs.
