What I build:
- Interactive modules in Storyline 360, Rise, or Camtasia.
- Scenario-based learning and decision-making activities.
- Software training with screen recordings and Simulations
- Video-based courses with presenter or subject matter expert
- Assessments, quizzes, workbooks, PowerPoint versions
- SCORM files ready for LMS upload
Who I work with: HR teams, coaches, consultants, and organizations delivering training to large national and global audiences.
How it works: Every project starts with a conversation. I handle the instructional design, development, and delivery so you can focus on your work while I build something you are proud to put your name on.

FAQ
Do you translate to other languages?
Not at this time. At this time I design and develop English modules.
Do I need to have my content ready before we begin?
Not at all. Some clients come to me with a full script and existing materials, and others come with just an idea. Either way works. I will help you shape your content into a structured learning experience from wherever you are starting. There is an extra fee for storyboards.
How do I know if eLearning is the right format for my training?
That is exactly what our first conversation is for. I will ask questions about your audience, your goals, and how your learners will access the training. From there I can recommend the best format.
Do you offer a consultation before I commit to a project?
Yes. Every project starts with a 45 minute complimentary discovery conversation so we can talk through your needs, your timeline, and your budget before anything is agreed to.
What tools do you use to build eLearning modules?
I develop in Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, and Camtasia depending on the needs of the project. Each tool has its strengths and I will recommend the right one based on your content, your audience, and your budget.
Do you write the scripts and content or do I provide those?
Both options are available. If you have existing materials I will work with what you have. If you need content development I can write scripts, narration, scenario narratives, and assessment questions as part of the project scope.
Can you create a workbook or facilitator guide to go along with the module?
Yes. Companion workbooks, job aids, and facilitator guides are available as add-ons or included in select packages. These are a great way to extend the learning beyond the screen and support real-world application.
Can the module be adapted for in-person delivery?
Yes. I can develop a parallel PowerPoint version of your course designed for facilitator-led, in-person presentations so your content works in both environments.
What do you need from me to get started?
A completed project intake form or discovery call, any existing content or materials you want to include, your brand guidelines if applicable, and a signed agreement with your deposit. From there I take it from start to finish.
