What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can also take actions, like looking up an order, updating your CRM or sending an email, and can work with other agents on bigger tasks.
Which framework will you use?
CrewAI, AutoGen or LangGraph, based on your task. I pick the simplest option that works reliably and explain why before I start.
Is deployment included?
No. Packages include the working agents, source code and a guide. Add the Deployment and SSL extra and I will deploy with Docker on your server. Server and API costs are paid by you.
How do you keep AI costs and risks under control?
I use cost efficient models, token limits and LangSmith monitoring, and add human approval before sensitive actions like refunds or emails.
