According to your needs, I offer a 16 Bit Microchip family controllers firmware development for PIC24, DSPIC30F and DSPIC33F which includes from init codes to a complete project from scratch. A project scope can include most of the commercial sensors and actuators on the market.

Once the project finish, you will get the following files:

• Atmel Studio / Microchip Studio / MPLABX / Mikroc development
• Code Repo repo (.rar with all .c /.h files in required files)
• Proteus DSN simulation file.
• A video simulation capture as working proof

All the codes will be documented using doxygen format and leaving most of config parameters to be configurable by the user (softcoding).
