The service is in two days. Can you deliver in time?
Yes. Standard delivery is 3 days, and 24-hour express delivery is available as an add-on on every package. If the service is sooner than that, message me before ordering and I'll confirm your deadline in writing.
The photos are old, damaged or low quality. Is that a problem?
That's most of what I work with. Restoration is included in every package - fading, scratches, low resolution and poor scans are all handled before the video is built. Send what you have.
Are the photographs kept private?
Completely. Your photographs are never published, shared, or used as samples. If I ever wanted to show a project, I would ask you in writing first - and a no is a no.
How many photos do I need to send?
Farewell includes up to 15 photos, Tribute up to 25, and Legacy up to 35. Clear photos of the face work best. If you have more than your package allows, let me know and I'll send an offer for an additional set of 10.
Can I use a specific song?
Yes - just send a YouTube or Spotify link. One note: copyrighted music may be flagged if you later upload the video to YouTube or Facebook. Screening at the service and private viewing are not affected.
What will I receive, and can it be screened at the service?
A cinematic 16:9 MP4, ready to play on a chapel or hall display. HD as standard; 4K is included with Legacy and a paid add-on otherwise. A vertical version for memorial pages and social media is also a paid add-on - please request it before I start, as framing is set during production.
What if something needs to be changed?
Revisions are included - 1, 2 or 3 depending on your package. Tell me what you'd like adjusted and I'll take care of it. Because timing matters here, please send any notes as soon as you receive the video.
I'm a funeral director. Can we work on an ongoing basis?
Yes. I offer white-label delivery and recurring arrangements for funeral homes and memorial service providers. Message me and we'll set up terms that fit how you work.
