We'll connect through a live voice call on Google Meet or Zoom, or exchange private voice messages through Signal or Telegram, whichever works best for your situation.
I'll ask thoughtful questions, help you examine different perspectives, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and organize your thinking into realistic options.
After our conversation, you'll receive a simple action plan outlining the most practical next steps for each viable path, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Communication options: Live voice call (Google Meet or Zoom) or private voice messaging (Signal or Telegram). No personal phone numbers are required.

How does this work after I book?
I'll contact you within 24 hours of your order to schedule a call. We'll speak within 48 hours, and you'll have your action plan(s) within 72 hours.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No ! This is a brainstorming/thinking-partner session, not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention. If you're in crisis, please contact emergency services.
What kinds of topics can we discuss?
Anything! Creative projects, life decisions, plans, ideas you're stuck on. If it's something you want to think through out loud, it fits.
What's the follow-up message in Premium?
Premium includes one follow-up message within a week of your call, for any clarifying questions about the options and action plans discussed. It's not a second session ,just a way to close the loop if something comes up after you've had time to think it over.
I completed a session with you before and want another one. How does that work?
If you've completed a full session with me previously (not the add on) and want to book another one, just let me know the length you'd like: 30, 45, or 60 minutes, and I'll charge based on that session length.
What format is the call?
Calls take place through Fiverr's built in call tool, audio only, no video required. You don't need to be on camera to participate.
