I will clean one UTF-8 CSV and return a cleaned file, summary counts, and excluded-row reasons.
Basic covers one anonymized or synthetic file, up to 100 data rows and 1 million characters. Required columns: email plus either amount or amount_jpy. Other columns are retained. Repeated email addresses are excluded even if other fields differ; please confirm this rule before ordering.
I flag missing or invalid amounts, malformed email formats, duplicate emails, and unsafe spreadsheet-style values. I do not verify mailbox existence or infer missing values.
Delivery: cleaned CSV and a JSON processing summary with row-level issues. Three-day delivery and one revision within the agreed rules. Excel workbooks, web scraping, account access, dashboards, and custom integrations are outside this package.

How are duplicate email addresses handled?
After validation, the first valid row for each case-insensitive email address is retained. Later rows with the same email are excluded even if amounts or other fields differ. Please confirm this rule before ordering.
What data can I send?
Only data you are authorized to share. Use anonymized or synthetic email addresses and remove identifying, confidential or sensitive fields. The file needs email plus amount or amount_jpy. I do not access accounts or verify mailbox ownership.
