You receive: a concise investigation report, confirmed findings separated from hypotheses, the checks performed, and prioritized next steps. If the cause cannot be confirmed within the agreed time, the report explains what was ruled out and which test or information is needed next.
Each package includes the stated total time for investigation and documentation, one issue at one site, and one clarification of the report. Work is fully remote. German and technical English are available.

Can you guarantee a fix?
The deliverable is a documented investigation. A confirmed cause is reported where evidence supports it; otherwise you receive the remaining hypotheses and next test. Implementation is a separate scope.
Do we need a long call?
Usually a short scheduled kickoff is sufficient. Most analysis can be done independently from agreed evidence or approved access.
Will you change production?
This Gig covers diagnosis. A production change requires a separately agreed implementation scope and approval.
Which languages do you work in?
