Do I use my own ChatGPT account?
A custom GPT lives inside ChatGPT, so you need a ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Enterprise plan to host and use it. The Automation tier also uses your own OpenAI or Claude API key, which I never hardcode. If you don't have one, I'll walk you through it, and small jobs usually cost cents per run.
Can it be trained on my business documents?
Yes. Send me your FAQ, help docs, product info, past emails, whatever defines how you answer. I load it as the GPT's knowledge and tune the instructions so it stays on your facts instead of making things up.
I'm not technical. Can I run and edit this myself?
Yes. A custom GPT is edited through a normal settings screen with no code. Pro and Automation come with a Loom walking through it, and if you get stuck in the first week I fix it.
What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?
