Do I need to give you admin access?
Yes, I'll need Global Admin or appropriate admin role access to your M365 tenant. I can guide you through setting up a temporary admin account for security. All credentials should be shared via Fiverr's secure messaging.
Will you set up security (MFA, anti-phishing, etc.)?
Yes! Security is included in all my packages. The Standard and Premium tiers include full security hardening — MFA, anti-phishing policies, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and more.
Can you help with Microsoft Teams setup?
Yes - I'm MS-700 certified (Microsoft Teams Administrator). I can set up Teams, configure policies, channels, governance, and guest access.
Do you provide documentation?
The Premium package includes a full admin guide documenting everything configured in your tenant. For other packages, documentation can be added as a gig extra.
