I do all three!
My outline is longer than 5000 words. Will you still review it?
I may ask for a small increase if the amount is far beyond 5000 words, but that's just a basic guideline at this point.
Do I have to deliver a strictly formatted outline?
I want to know the story in the order you intend to present it. We can decide the best format for that before you send it.
