What is your revision policy?
There are 3 types of revisions you may require. 1) simple fixes (changing a color, I made a mistake based on your description/photos) these are free revisions. 2) big fixes (changing the angle of a head, changing facial expression, etc) these revisions are $5 and up 3) total redraws (new order)
What file formats can be delivered?
For all my gigs except for the sketch gig, art is delivered as a high resolution transparent .png file. This is perfect for web use or for tshirt/print on demand products. For an extra $50, vector file formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf, and more) are available, great for large scale print + business use.
What information do I need to provide?
When placing an order, describe the object, animal, or person you need drawn. This includes details like what colors you need, the pose, and facial expression. The more specific your description, the better! Photos optional, but highly encouraged.
