Do I need to provide a script?
You don't have to provide the script, you can share a draft of the steps you want to record and we will make it into a script for the voice-over. and you can send the script if you already have it.
What is the resolution of the video?
Full HD resolution with a 16:9 ratio and 60 frames per second
Why should I get the source file?
If you want to make any changes after a long time from the delivery you will have to pay the full order price again because I delete the files a week after the order is complete. but if you have the source file you will only pay for the revision.
How many words for a 60 seconds video?
60 seconds video is 150 words. and the video will be charged on the words count because that's how we pay our scriptwriter and voice-over artist.
What if I edited the original script after you made the video?
You will have to pay for the new modifications you requested, as we will record a new voice-over, and work on the modified part as a new video.
What to do if I want a longer video than any of the packages?
You can contact me and I will make you a custom offer for the total cost.
Can I get the video or voice-over in foriegn lanaguage?
