Do I need to provide a script?
You don't have to provide the script, you can share a draft of the steps you want to record and we will make it into a script for the voice-over. and you can send the script if you already have it.
What is the resolution of the video?
Full HD or 2K resolution with a 16:9 ratio and 60 Frame per second
How many words for a 60 seconds video?
A 60-second video is 150 words.
Why should I get the source file?
We delete the files after 1 month after the delivery, so if you want to edit the video after a longer time, you will have to pay for the full video again, but if you have the source files you will only pay for the revision.
What if I edited the original script after you made the video?
You will have to pay for the new modifications you requested, as we will record a new voice-over, and work on the modified part as a new video.
What to do if I want a longer video than any of the packages?
You can contact me and I will make you a custom offer for the total cost.
Can I get the video or voice-over in foriegn lanaguage?
Yes, we made videos in German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic, and more.
