Do I need to give you admin access to my website?
Yes, I will need temporary WordPress admin access (and sometimes hosting or phpMyAdmin for backups). If you prefer, we can work on a staging copy of your site first.
Will you change my theme or design?
No. This Gig is focused only on WPML / Polylang taxonomy translation (categories, tags, product taxonomies). I do not redesign the theme or change your layout unless we explicitly agree in advance.
What information should I provide before you start?

Can you work with WooCommerce product categories and tags?
Yes. I can fix translation issues for WooCommerce product categories, tags and custom product taxonomies, as long as they are managed by WPML or Polylang.
Will you make a backup before applying changes?
If your hosting has backups, I will use them or create an export of the relevant settings/terms before changes. If you do not have any backup solution, tell me in advance so we can agree how to handle this safely.
What if my issue is not related to taxonomies?
If the problem is about menus, strings or page content instead of taxonomies, please contact me first. I will check your case and tell you whether it fits this Gig or if we should create a custom offer.
