No, this gig is specifically for converting your existing 2D designs (DWG, PDF, CAD) into 3D models and renders. I visualize your ideas, but I do not provide original architectural design or engineering services.
What software do you use and can I get the source file?
I build precise 3D models using Archicad and create stunning, realistic renders using Twinmotion. Yes, you can get the native Archicad source file (.pln) if you purchase the Premium package or select it as a Gig Extra.
My project is very large or complex. Which package should I choose?
Every architectural project is unique. The packages shown are general guidelines. For very large, highly detailed, or specific projects, please send me a private message with your files first! I will create a Custom Offer tailored exactly to your needs and budget.
What does a "revision" include?
revision includes minor adjustments to the 3D model, materials, furniture placement, or lighting. It does not include completely changing the original 2D design, floor plan, or architectural style after the 3D modeling phase has already started.
