How do I know which package to buy?
Message me first with the error and a screenshot. I'll tell you the right package before you order. If it's bigger than the Deep Fix, I'll say so instead of taking the order.
What if you can't fix it?
I check before accepting. If I take the order and genuinely can't solve it, you get a full refund.
Do you need my passwords?
I need repo or hosting access, sent through Fiverr's message system only. I never ask for personal banking or email passwords, and I work on staging where one exists.
Can you fix WordPress or Shopify?
No. I specialise in Laravel and plain PHP, so I only take work I can genuinely fix well.
Will you break my live site?
No. I take a full backup before touching anything, test after every change, and never modify a live database without your permission. If your project uses Git, I work on a separate branch you can review first.
Will the bug come back?
I fix the root cause and tell you what caused it. Deep Fix includes 7 days of support if anything related shows up.
Can you add a feature while fixing?
New features aren't part of this gig, but message me — I have a separate Laravel development gig for that.
