Know what changed before updating your supplier prices.
I compare one old and one new price list from the SAME supplier: Excel .xlsx (one worksheet each) or UTF-8 CSV, up to 200 product rows and 6 source columns per file.
Using exact SKU/product codes, I report increases, decreases, unchanged prices, new codes and codes missing from the supplied new list. Duplicate codes, missing prices and changes in currency, unit or pack size are flagged for review, never guessed.
You receive an XLSX report with original source tabs and source-row references, a CSV of results and written review notes. Four calculation types cover matched-price references, absolute changes, percentage changes and status counts. Zero old price means percentage n.a.
This is a one-time comparison, not a recurring tool. No PDF/OCR, fuzzy matching, currency/unit conversion, taxes, scraping, macros, ERP or store updates.

What files are included?
One old and one new list from the same supplier, each up to 200 rows and 6 columns: one .xlsx worksheet or UTF-8 CSV. Provide SKU, price, currency, unit and pack-size meanings.
Can you match different product names or units?
Matching is by exact SKU under your approved rules. I do not guess matches or convert currencies or pack sizes. Differences and duplicate codes are flagged for your review.
What do I receive?
An XLSX comparison with source tabs and row references, a CSV of results and written review notes. It is a one-time snapshot, not a recurring automation or dashboard.
What does the revision cover?
One revision to correct the delivered report against the original files and agreed rules. New files, additional suppliers, extra rows or changed matching rules need a separate agreement.
Do you use AI, and are the samples real clients?
The work is AI-assisted and checked with calculation and exception tests. Portfolio examples use synthetic data, not client results. Send anonymized samples and do not include passwords, banking data or identity documents.
