What files do I need to provide?
Any combination works: Excel or CSV sales data, invoice exports from QuickBooks or Xero, and PDF bank statements. You don't need all three — I work with whatever you have.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. You send me your files, I build everything, and you receive a formatted report by email. Nothing to install or learn.
Is my financial data kept confidential?
Yes. Your data is used only to generate your report and is never shared or stored beyond the project. I can sign an NDA on request.
Can you work with my accounting software?
Yes — I work with exports from QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and any system that exports to Excel, CSV, or PDF.
What if I want reports every month after this?
The Standard and Premium packages include ongoing monthly reports. You can also add the Quarterly Report Package as a gig extra for 3 additional months.
