I dont have the complete details yet, what should I do?
First of all, don't worry :) We've got your back. If you don't have complete details, just message us and we will help your figure it out and get the details ready.
How many revisions do I get?
To ensure fair usage, we provide 5-8 revision (based on the package). Usually these are more than enough as we focus highly on the details. However, don't worry, we're not completely fixated on those numbers and are ALWAYS FLEXIBLE to accomodate last minute changes,
What is a 3D mockup and Why do I need it?
As you have already seen in the gig images, a 3d mockup is an image of a bottle/container with your design wrapped on it. it creates a professional display of your product that can be used on your website and product listings to help your customers visualize your product.
I need multiple designs for my complete product line, do you offer a discount?
Absolutely! We offer a bulk discount when product lines and creating variations of the product. Just give us a message and some details and we will respond to you with a quote
Do you also create designs for BOXES, POUCHES, TUBES..etc?
Yes we create designs for ALL KINDS of packaging and we have an elaborate portfolio which you can browse to go through our projects. If you have any such project and need to communicate, just give us a message :)
Can you edit my existing design?
Of course, we're happy to edit your existing design OR do a complete redesign. The nature of the edits has to be discssed first before we can quote so there is fixed priced on the edits :)
Am I allowed to use your design commercially?
Absolutely! you will completely OWN the artwork once a project is completed and you can use that design commerically
