1. How do we start?
Before proceeding with the order, please give me your images in a common format (such as JPG, PNG, TIF, etc.... ) A graceful quality image will give you a great result. Low-quality/resolution images are hard to do in HD quality. Please provide clear instructions for the image edit so that I can prov
2. What type of files do you require?
For best results, RAW images, TIFFs, PSD, and JPGs are fine too as long as they are high-res. If you have a poor resolution image (72dpi) or you're not sure about the quality of your image, please, contact me before placing the order.
3. Are my images safe?
Absolutely! All your photos are kept safe and confidential. I am the only person to have access to your files.
4. Do you use templates?
No, I treat every single client in a different way. I do not use templates or previously prepared elements. Everything is original and custom.
5. Are you providing Stock images?
Unfortunately no. We only work on client-provided or royalty-free images. If you like a particular stock image buy it and send it to us when placing the order.
6. What type of file do you deliver?
I deliver both TIFF and high res JPEG. On-demand I can deliver other file formats and different color profiles.
7. Do I Get PSD Or Source Files?
Yes, Source I will provide you PSD Files.
8. Can you take photos of my product?
Unfortunately, I can't. I need you to send me your product's photos to start the job.
9. What should I do after placing a gig order?
Please double-check if you haven't attached the images correctly. One more thing check you're provided with all the necessary instructions for the task.
