Which Sophos models and firmware versions do you support?
Full XG and XGS Series — XGS 87 through 336 and larger. SFOS 18.x through 20.x. Also VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud-hosted on AWS and Azure. Have an older XG model? Message me first to confirm compatibility.
Do you need remote access to my firewall?
Yes, temporary admin access is required. I work via secure remote sessions (TeamViewer or AnyDesk). Access is only used during the project and I don't store credentials after completion.
