Yes. FlutterFlow builds real native apps for iPhone and Android, and Supabase stores the data securely. Together they are a strong fit for time tracking, job reports, checklists and photos. Your field staff use the app on site while the office sees every entry live on one simple, clear dashboard.
How much does it cost to build a field staff app with FlutterFlow?
It depends on the number of features. A single module such as a timesheet starts with my Starter package. A full system with job reports, photos, signatures and PDF reports is the Premium package. Send me your current paper forms and I will give you a clear fixed price before we begin any work.
How long does it take to build the app?
A single module is usually ready in about 4 days, a full field team app in about 7 days, and a complete system with admin panel and store publishing in about 14 days. Bigger projects are split into milestones, so you can test each part on your phone before we move on to the next stage together.
Is my data safe and GDPR (DSGVO) compliant with Supabase?
Supabase can host your database in an EU region, and I set up row level security so each user only sees the data they are allowed to see. GDPR also depends on how you use the data, so I share a short summary of where your data is stored and who can access it, to help with your own GDPR compliance.
Does the app work offline on building sites with no signal?
Basic offline use is possible, such as caching data that was already loaded. Full offline entry with automatic sync later needs extra custom work, so tell me if your staff often work without signal. I will check your use case and include it in your quote, so there are no surprises for you later.
Can workers upload photos and collect customer signatures?
Yes. Workers can take photos with the phone camera, add notes and checklists, and collect a customer signature on screen to confirm the job is done. Everything is saved to the job in Supabase and can be added to an automatic PDF report that the office can download or send straight to the customer.
Do I own the app and the source code?
Yes. The FlutterFlow project is created in or transferred to your own account, and FlutterFlow lets you export the Flutter code. Your Supabase database also belongs to you. You are never locked in to me, and any other developer can continue working on the app later if you ever need that to happen.
Can you publish my app to the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. I prepare the app icon, screenshots and build files, and guide you through publishing on Google Play and the Apple App Store. You need your own developer accounts, because the app is published under your business name. I help with setup steps and common app store review rejection issues too.
Can the app connect to my accounting software or other tools?
Yes, in most cases. Through APIs and automation tools like n8n, the app can send data to tools such as lexoffice, sevDesk, Google Sheets or your CRM. For example, finished jobs can create an invoice draft automatically. Tell me which tools you use and I will confirm what is possible before we start.
Can you fix or improve my existing FlutterFlow app?
Yes. I can review your current FlutterFlow project, fix bugs, repair Supabase or Firebase connections, clean up slow screens and add new features such as photos, signatures or PDF reports.
