I only have rough sketches and dimensions, is that enough to get started?
Completely fine. Most of my clients don't have formal drawings. A rough sketch with room dimensions, a few reference photos, and your style preference is all I need. I'll ask a couple of follow-up questions and we'll be off.
Will the render actually match my specific layout, or is it just a generic tiny home interior?
Every render is built from your actual layout and measurements, not a template. If you want a specific wood finish, a particular sofa, or a certain colour palette, send me references and I'll match them as closely as possible.
My tiny home isn't built yet, can you still render it?
That's actually the most common scenario. Pre-build renders are a huge advantage, you can market the space, take deposits, or list it on Airbnb before a single wall goes up. Send me the plans and I'll make it look finished and lived-in.
Can I use the renders on my Airbnb listing and website?
Yes, full commercial use rights are included with every package. I deliver web-optimised versions sized for fast loading on Airbnb and Squarespace, plus high-res files for print or brochures. No credit or attribution required.
What happens if I don't like the first render you send?
Revisions are included, 2 on Basic, 5 on Standard, 8 on Premium. I ask you to consolidate your feedback into one round so we move efficiently. In practice, most clients wrap up in one or two rounds because I ask the right questions upfront.
I run a prefab company and need renders for several different unit models, can you handle that?
Yes, and this is exactly what the Premium package is built for. If you need renders across multiple units or a full model range, message me before ordering and we'll put together a custom package based on your volume. Bulk projects get faster turnaround too.
