FAQ
What are commercial rights / broadcast rights.. and do I need to purchase them?
Commercial rights: if you intend to use this voice over for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels. Broadcast rights: if you intend to use this voice over for advertising your product or service in paid broadcasting channels, like Radio, TV and Internet.
In what format should I send you my script?
Word documents are preferred, but as long as I can see the words, you're all good to go!
What is a revision?
1 revision is included with EVERY order, to cover any corrections that are required e.g. mispronunciations. If a script is changed once an order is placed, a revision fee is incurred with accordance to the number of words that need to be redone.
My script contains words not contained in the english dictionary... what do I do?
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that ALL non-english words have audio files pronouncing them sent along with the script. If no such audio files or instructions are provided, I will pronounce them according to my interpretation. Any changes will incur a revision fee!
