What is a CPSR and why do I need it?
A CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) is a legally required document for placing cosmetic products on the market in the EU and UK. It ensures your product is safe for consumer use and complies with all cosmetic regulations.
What do I need to provide before you start?
- The full product formula (with % of each ingredient) - INCI names and supplier data of RM if available - The intended use and target user group - Product label (if you have one) - Packaging type and documents from suppliers - Use test or patch-test, ... Don’t worry—I’ll guide you step by step ;)
Are you qualified to provide toxicological assessments?
Yes. I hold the THERV (Toxicological and Human Health Risk Assessment Vigilance) diploma from University of Paris, which qualifies me to carry out and sign CPSRs in accordance with EU and UK cosmetic regulations. I have hands-on experience in toxicological risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
Do you sign NDAs or keep my formula confidential?
Absolutely. All information shared is treated with strict confidentiality, and I’m happy to sign an NDA if you require one.
