I provide piping and mechanical engineering sizing for industrial and process plant projects, based on process data supplied by the client.

My work focuses on converting process requirements into practical piping and equipment design data, following standard engineering practices.

Scope includes:

• Pipe diameter, material, and wall thickness selection
• Velocity and pressure drop checks
• Valve sizing and selection
• Pump selection support
• Engineering notes for P&ID, 3D modeling, and isometrics

Procedures (optional):

• Hydrostatic or pneumatic testing procedures
• Line drying, flushing, and blowing procedures
• Pre-commissioning documentation

Deliverables:

• Calculation summary (Excel / PDF)
• Marked-up P&ID (if provided)
• Clear sizing basis for CAD / Plant 3D
