I can help with invoice preparation, payment-status tracking, expense schedules, payroll input checks, and routine financial reports using your existing systems.
My experience includes supporting US healthcare, service, and ecommerce businesses. I understand how billing, payroll, and accounting connect, and why small errors create extra work later.
Each package provides a defined block of working time for an agreed task list. You receive the completed files or system updates, a time summary, and a note of open items. I will flag priorities that exceed the booked time.
New financial models, major bookkeeping cleanup, tax filing, and IT support require separate scope. No payments or payroll submissions are made without specific authorization.

How much can you complete in the booked hours?
I review the task list and sample first. The package buys the stated working time, not an unlimited number of transactions or reports.
Can you work in QuickBooks or Google Sheets?
Yes. Provide the necessary role-based access or exports. Please do not send your account password.
Can this become ongoing support?
Yes. We can agree on a recurring scope, reporting schedule, and custom offer based on the actual workload.
How secure is my financial data?
Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. I use secure methods for communication and file sharing. Also, I am HIPAA Certified, which means I am trained to handle your data with care.
Does the package include a new forecast or dashboard?
Routine updates to an existing report may fit the task list. Building a new forecast, dashboard, or accounting system is a separate project.
